1. PAYMENTS are made via PayPal. PayPal is responsible for the security of your data and transmissions. We do not store your information.
2. SHIPPING, PACKAGING & INSURANCE
a. FREE Shipping within the U.S.
b. Once your payment is received, My Art Fair will forward all your info to the Artist, who is responsible for shipping and handling of each purchased artwork. Artists agree to ship the purchased art within five (5) days business days from receiving the order.
c. Artist will ensure that all Artwork is securely packaged, labeled and adequately insured for sale delivery. Tracking info will be emailed to you. If there is any reason why this cannot happen within allotted time, you will be notified immediately. In some cases, a full refund will be offered.
d. We do not have any control over and mail/courier companies and some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these or other instances, we will not be liable for any consequential loss. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving deliver.
e. For international sales, you will be able to communicate with the Artist and make shipping arrangements. Free shipping within the U.S. only. Please contact us for international shipping quotes. The shipping charges will be billed via PayPal and once payment is received the above steps will be followed.
3. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
You are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs which may be levied by your local customs office. We cannot control this and have no way of determining any such costs. Please contact your local postal service for more information.
4. RETURNS, DAMAGED GOODS
a. Because of the nature of original art, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, the artist and the purchase may come to an independent agreement with regards to returns outside of the rules of this site. In the event of a return or damaged goods claim, we will release your details to the Buyer.
b. In such case, Buyer will notify My Art Fair within (5) days of art delivery receipt if there is a problem, and Artist & Buyer will then proceed to find a solution. Artists and Buyer understand and agree that My Art Fair is not responsible in any way, including cost or returning Artwork.
5. DESCRIPTIONS OF ITEMS
The descriptions of goods and services included on our websites are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. You agree and understand colors and appearance of the item may vary from the way they appear on the screen due to contrast, hue settings of your monitor, etc.
The images and designs of the Product you purchase, and which are used on our websites are the property of The Quay Art Company Limited and/or granted for use by us under authorized license from our publishers and artists.
